I work at the intersection of business, design and technology, specializing in strategy and experience design for online business.

I began my career as a print designer with a strong affinity for technology. Prior to the introduction of the Web I developed multimedia interfaces for e-commerce and was an early advocate for the role of the web in marketing and sales.

Later I joined Citibank's e-Citi unit, creating an internal agency that provided strategy, design, development and hosting, serving the entire organization.

I'm a design-forward thinker with strong alignment to business priorities, deep understanding of current and emerging technology capabilities and a user experience centricity. I've applied my skills and insights to solutions in:
