been an avid cyclist since 1973. I'm a road rider, but I don't get enough
time to indulge fully.
I love to be on the bike - I could spend the whole day riding with spontaneous stops to see, smell and taste.
I made this video during a 2007 cycling trip in Puglia, Italy with Vermont Bicycle Touring (VBT).
I took many trips with them in the 80's - 90's and find their tips to be first rate.

of my ride. I bought a Mercian Professional road racing frame in 1988 and equipped it with classic
Campagnolo Record components. I upgraded it during the winter of
2007 - 2008 to
Shimano Ultegra.    |
